in my january makeup basket i decided to pick lip products from bite beauty. i love bite lip products so i was happy to get to play with these. this is also a brand i wanted to do early in the challenge. since bite lipsticks are made with food grade ingredients they do expire quicker than a traditional lipstick. because i like these lipsticks i don’t want this to happen on my watch!
for the most part the bite formula is creamy and pigmented. at times, some can be almost too creamy and you do really need to watch to make sure those suckers don’t run all over your face!

i found these pencils to be dry and almost hard to apply. they settled into my lip lines and pulled away from the corners and centre of my lips. time to pass these on to see if someone else will love them more. i actually like the colour of sophie, but the formula was just not for me. eddie is not a shade i enjoy so i’m ok with this one going

not my fave shade. i also wasn’t impressed with the formula on this one – it was patchy, hard to apply and because it was a mini it was super fragile

this is a pretty shade – but just not one i totally love. since it was limited edition i dont want this to die when someone else could have a shot with it and love it!
